Cambase tracks the camera kit on a film production: where each item is, who moved it, and what is wrong with it.
For camera departments, on a phone or computer, on set and in the truck.

Check kit in and out
Scan a barcode to check an item out to set or back in. Cambase logs who moved it and when.
Move kit between units
Units are the cases, carts and trucks that hold the kit. See what's in each one and move items between them.
Receive deliveries
Check a delivery against the rental house's list and see what's missing.
Count kit
Count a unit or category to check everything is there.
Log faults
Report a fault with a photo. The Issues tab lists every open fault on the project.
Import lists and print labels
Import a kit list from a CSV file or a rental house PDF. Print barcode labels and lens lists.
Use it with no signal
Cambase keeps a copy of the project on your device, so you can still see the kit offline.
Who can use Cambase
Each production is a project. The project admin invites crew by email or with an invite code.
Crew only see the projects they're on. One project's data is never visible to another project's crew.
